Statutes & By-Laws

The ISI is established under Dutch law and is governed by its Statutes. The Statutes and By-Laws are available in English.

29 November 2011

In its meeting in Dublin of 25 August 2011, the ISI General Assembly approved the revised ISI Statutes and By-Laws.

The new Statutes passed by notarial deed on 29 of November 2011.
