According to the ISI Statutes, article 10, the current Standing Committees are:
New Standing Committees are installed by the General Assembly at the proposal of the Executive Committee after consultation with the Council.
Operational Committees are under the guidance of the Executive Committee and the Council. The chairs and members must be ISI members, and they are appointed by the Council on recommendation from the Executive Committee.
Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

A new SIG is established by the Council in accordance with the ISI Statutes and By-laws, and is overseen by a Management Committee of the SIG. To join a SIG, please contact its chair via the SIG’s own web page, or contact Mrs. Olivia van Dijck-Timbol from the PO.
