ISI Officers’ Elections

Election of Executive Committee and Council Members for 2013-2015/2017

 

The election of the ISI Officers for the positions of President-Elect, Vice-Presidents, and Council will be conducted during August 2012. The ISI Nominations Committee, chaired by Professor Stephan Morgenthaler, has submitted its report and slate of candidates. 

 

The slate consists of:

 

  • One candidate for the position of President-Elect (2013-2015):

  • Eleven candidates for eight positions for Council (2013-2017):

The nomination of one candidate for President-Elect is in accordance with the new By-Laws (see Section 4.1 of the By-Laws at http://www.isi-web.org/images/about/statutes2011/2012-ISI-ByLaws-En-29November2011.pdf). 

 

Individual ISI members can propose candidates in addition to the slate presented by the Nominations Committee. New nominations require the support of at least 20 individual members from at least three different countries. The proposals can be sent by e-mail or post (P.O. Box 24070, 2490 AB The Hague, The Netherlands) and should be received by the ISI office no later than 16 July 2012.
