IASC Voting Results for the Amendment of IASC Statutes

Dear IASC Members,

We asked you all to cast your votes from 21 February until 22 March 2011 on whether or not to approve the proposal to amend the IASC Statutes.

A total of 162 valid votes was received, which is 33.68% of 481 members. Two votes were removed as invalid votes since incorrect links were used. We have confirmed that everyone voted "Yes" to approve the proposal.

It was the final step of the process to amendments the Statutes after the General Assembly meeting held in London in December 2010 followed by the considerations of the Council. Now that the proposal is approved through all the steps required by article 15, we can introduce electronic voting systems for the IASC Elections.
